Educational hours dedicated to the 4th anniversary of the "Rukhani Zhangyru"program were organized for the college students.The purpose of the events: to familiarize young people with the ideas and initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan— Elbasy, to form a sense of Kazakhstan's patriotism.Students defended and discussed projects on the following topics: the historical foundations of the idea "Mangilik El", the platform of new ideas "look to the future": the influence of Rukhani zhangyru".
